5. Exchange Policy
- No Refunds: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide refittings for size issues.
- Size Exchange: If the size you ordered does not fit, you may get its fitting done for the same product as we keep quite good margings to refit it. Please contact us within 7 daysof receiving your order to initiate a Re-fitting request. Kindly contact through our no. or mail before sending the product back to us.
- Refitting Conditions: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
