You pay the rental fee plus a refundable security deposit. Both are shown clearly in your cart before you pay — no hidden charges.
Wear it & enjoy
Your outfit arrives cleaned and ready. Keep it for the full rental period shown on the product page, starting from the day it's delivered.
Return & get refunded
Send it back by your return date — we handle the cleaning. Once it's checked in, your full deposit is refunded.

What's included in every rental
The fine print, in plain words
Each product page shows how many days you get. The clock starts the day your order is delivered, not the day you order.
Held only as security, never charged as a fee. Refunded in full after the outfit is returned and checked. It exists so we can keep rental prices low for everyone.
Minor creasing, a loose thread, light makeup marks — all expected and covered. We only deduct for genuine damage like tears, burns, heavy stains, or if an item isn't returned.
Someone else is usually waiting for the same piece. If you need longer, message us before your return date and we'll try to extend it for you.
Rental pieces can't be permanently altered — that's why the "Make it custom" option is switched off when you rent. Styling with pins and belts is absolutely fine.
Check the size guide before ordering. If something arrives and clearly doesn't fit, tell us within 24 hours and we'll sort it out.
Rental questions, answered
Do I need to clean the outfit before returning it?
No — please don't. Send it back as-is and we'll handle the professional dry-cleaning. Home washing can damage delicate fabrics and embroidery, which may affect your deposit.
When exactly do I get my deposit back?
Once your return reaches us and passes its condition check, we process the refund to your original payment method. Allow a few working days for it to appear in your account.
What if I damage or lose the outfit?
Tell us honestly and as soon as you can. Small repairable issues usually cost nothing. For significant damage or a lost item, the repair or replacement cost is taken from your deposit — and we'll always explain the deduction.
Can I rent more than one outfit at a time?
Yes. Add as many rental pieces to your cart as you like — each carries its own rental fee and deposit, listed separately at checkout.
Can I buy an outfit I rented and loved?
Often, yes. Message us with your order number and we'll tell you if that specific piece is available to purchase, and at what price.
Can I rent and buy in the same order?
Absolutely. Your cart handles both together — rental items show a rental badge and deposit line, purchases behave exactly as normal.
